Who we are

This site is run by Beloura Ltd, company number 16673899, of c/o Accounting4creators, 3rd Floor, 6 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP, United Kingdom ("Beloura", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

18 and over only

The site, the free leak audit and our services are only for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that a request came from someone under 18, we delete it.

The free leak audit

The audit is a free, best-effort search of publicly available websites for pages that appear to carry content linked to the handles you give us. A member of our team reviews the results before they are sent.

• It is not a complete search. We look at the major leak, tube and forum sites we know of, and we will miss some pages. A clean result does not mean your content is not posted anywhere.
• Statuses (live, removed, delisted, non-complying) describe what we saw when we checked. Pages can change at any time.
• It is not legal advice, and it does not create any agreement for us to file takedowns or act for you.
• We send the results only to the email address given in the request. Before sending the full list, we may ask you to show that you own or control the handles, for example by sending a message from the account.
• We may decline or stop an audit, for example if we can't confirm the handles are yours.

Use the site fairly

Only submit handles that are yours or that you are authorised to act for. Don't use the site to look up someone else's content, to harass anyone, or to send false, automated or abusive requests. We may refuse or delete requests that break these rules.

No guarantee of earnings or results

Nothing on this site is a promise of earnings, growth or any particular result. Any figures we publish describe what happened for specific creators, with their consent; results vary, and past results do not guarantee future earnings. We can't guarantee that any leaked content will be removed, because some sites do not act on takedown notices.

Booking a call

Booking a call is free and creates no obligation on either side. Calls are booked through Calendly, which handles the booking under its own terms. We may not be able to offer a call to everyone; when we can't, we'll say so and may suggest the free leak audit instead.

Management services

If you decide to work with Beloura, our management services are governed by a separate written agreement that you receive and can read before you sign. These terms do not cover those services, and nothing on this site forms part of that agreement unless the agreement says so.

The site itself

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time. The site's text, design and the Beloura name are ours; please don't copy them without permission.

Our liability

The site and the free audit are provided free of charge. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of income, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or the audit, or from relying on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Your information

How we use what you give us, including the Meta pixel and the 90-day deletion rule for audit requests, is explained in our privacy notice.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
